You’re seeing it everywhere. From big-time influencers like the Real Housewives to small-time Moms (like me) and everywhere in-between. The images and the stories are the same, eating a spoonful of something to lose inches off your waist. But what in the heck is it, what does it do, and is it just a bunch of BS?
Isn’t it annoying to have all of these people talking about “skinny on a spoon,” and “waist trainer in a bottle,” and of course “liquid gold” and yet nobody is saying what it is? There is actually good reason behind it, which is called attraction marketing. It requires the inquiring minds to reach out and ask the question because Google searches just don’t come up with the answers when you don’t know what to ask. Until now. If you’re reading this, it means you are about to finally find out the answer and learn more to see if it’s something you want to try or not.
The short answer is that it is called Trim by a health and wellness company, Mōdere. Trim is a 7-patented and award-winning liquid collagen that helps to shrink fat, block fat absorption, build lean muscle, and improve skin and joints. You can find out more about Trim and how it works in a video here. And if you’re looking to really rev up your results for overall body composition, you can pair Trim with Mōdere’s body composition bundle called the Lean Body System. It’s called that because it is not necessarily a weight-loss system, although many people lose weight using it. Rather, it works to improve your overall body composition, meaning less fat and more muscle.
Okay, cool. But does it really work? Or is this a scam? Well, I tried it starting in April 2019 and was extremely skeptical. I kept seeing all of these before and afters and we all know that they can be doctored, right? But I was at a point in my life where I was working out, watching what I ate, drinking more water, and I just kept gaining weight. I was so frustrated I decided to give it a shot. I didn’t lose any weight initially, but I lost 8 inches in 6 weeks. I was pretty shocked and amazed.
I stopped measuring but continue to take pictures and have been so happy with my progress! When I first got started, I was not working out because I wanted to see if it really worked. In fact, I was still hiding in my pantry having a spoonful of Nutella a few times a week as my stress reliever as a Mom of three littles! (Mama’s call out if you feel my struggle). But this journey led me to obtain my personal training, nutritionist, DNA Based fitness coach, and Transformation specialist certifications because I absolutely love helping others find their self-love and confidence.

After a couple of months of having my own progress I did decide to become a rep so I can help others. I love that this can help with weight loss, but it is geared towards body composition because…let’s be real…I have always wanted a cheerleader body without having to be a cheerleader. Women should be able to look in the mirror and love what they see, without guilt of not looking the way society thinks we should look. The key here is healthy, living longer, and loving yourself.
If you’d like to connect with me, feel free to connect with me on social media. I have a free group where I do challenges, workout and nutrition tips, and try my best to make people laugh and show support in your journey. Don’t forget that life is too short to live it not loving yourself.
